Being a retired paramedic; if you presented to me with these symptoms; I'd assume the worse; treat it as stroke and transport you to the nearest medical facility.

As the tests are on going; then they have discounted stroke.

High blood pressure could cause blurred vision / dizziness and problems with balance...

I think; you will have to wait for the tests to be completed and for the results of the tests. Best of luck...

Yes, may very well be. I would prefer you take this as merely an opinion. Please seek a good medical professionals opinion. My thoughts are with you.

There are so many things that it could be. It takes them time to rule out the more obvious ones and then they have to go looking in closer detail.

Just keep going to the Dr's, keep getting tested, something is wrong and they will find it.

Sending you best wishes.

You say you're getting loads of tests. Have the doctors written off a stroke? Perhaps there is an aneurysm or a tumour. I'm praying that this is resolved soon, as you are too young to have to go through this.

Consult a Medical professional. This you use for additional benefit.

DO this meditation for atleast 20 mins thrice a day, see if it improves your situation in a week or two
"stay calm away from noise, tv or vehicles. You can do this even in your sleeping position.Hold your hands near your naval position one above the other, close your eyes and relax. Take a deep breath slowly, as you inhale leave rest of your thoughts, listen to your breathing. Hold your breath for a minute or two, just watch through your awareness your entire body(even paralysed portion).exhale slowly.Keep observing your body movements. Hear only your heartbeat and breathing sound.. Repeat the entire exercise for 20 mins. At begening you get other thoughts try to ignore it don't be desperate just relax.Just watch just observe. It simulates neurons, energises even remote corners As you become more sensitive and with increase in practice bad areas will show as tightness or pressure points. concentrate few minutes on those regions and relax. Tightness will increase as your concentration deepens, But when you get awake it is gone. Repeat this.

How it works is eventhough we cannot regenerate neurons we can increase number of connections and synaptic transmission. it is not n(number of neurons) that matter, it is n multiplied by M (number of active connection), M can be increased by meditation. It helped me to overcome few of my problems.I am not a doctor, please use this techniques only as an additional help.

It does wonders.
