Hmm,I'm someone who's really conscious about the way I look, and am not at all that confident. Any words of advice?

Start acting like you're beautiful and that everyone thinks so, too. Keep acting that way, and pretty soon you'll actually believe it yourself!

start on the inside. when you feel beautiful for being a good person, you'll appreciate yourself more. external looks are over rated.

First u need to write down positive things about yourself...and add things that you would like to see when u look in the mirror....say those things to yourself everyday...Let them be your mantra...You will be surprised at how you just might start to believe them...because all the positive things about you are true and the bad stuff...just lies.... and smile ;-))
    Good luck...

now, i'm going to give you an honest answer.. lol. it's something one of my modeling coaches told me, & i've used it many times. you look in the mirror, & you tell yourself all the positive things about you. it doesn't even have to be about your looks. things like, i have good friends, my family loves me, or i have a roof over my head when others dont.. etc. i've used this before anything i was nervous about. and when i'm just feeling down, it helps. remember, you control your emotions. so if you want to be more confident, tell yourself that you're confident.
