Daily doses of local honey and lots of water.
IF it's a true migraine... take a "no doze" or other high caffine product. The caffine will cause the pain to subside, and you'll be so physically worn out that you will actually sleep... so make sure you can lay down and rest after taking that.
They say "LOCAL" honey is good for allergies--I've had no personal success with that, but it's still worth a try.
