Easy to get rid of it fast there are 3 things you could do that I know of.
1. Gargle with warm salt water about once per hour for the next 6 hours then every 3 or 4 hours after that until its gone.
2. If you aren't scared of it, gargle with about a tablespoon of colloidal silver about every 6 hours for 1 day, should be gone, if not gargle with it every 6 hours for one more day. Make sure to swallow the colloidal silver after gargling.
3. Take a zinc vitamin with food once in the morning and once at bedtime, until you feel better. Very important to take with food, or you will likely get a stomach ache.

drink a lot of water.. :) for sore throat, avoid sweets because it attracts bacteria more.. you can gargle a glass of lukewarm water with a little amount of salt in it.. this will reduce inflammation and soothes your throat too.. if you have stuffy nose due to colds you can do steam inhalation... just drink a lot of water to liquify the mucus.. hope this will help.. :)
