    i was told this but if you do what my realtor did.....just look at what sold in the last 60 days in the area. and that's what you should sell your house as.

    Absolutely. People make money the old fashioned way, they inherit it. Black people came over as slaves so most rich people assume you tricked them into paying you money while they weren't looking.
