I hear ya mate. Sometimes it feels like they put their jobs before their wives. They come home too tired because they have given their all to their jobs. If this is the case, you are entitled to feel the way you do. Communication is always the problem to the answer. Talk with him about it. All the best.

Think of who he is working for and what. If you know the answers to these then you will know what to do.
Is it to make things easier later on? easier now? What ever is happening has to be right for you both. He should not make the same mistake i did and loose site of what is truley important to him, but beware of asking for him to sacrifice what at this point of his life he sees as important.
