How are you first amendment rights doing?
Mine are doing fine. I can't really remember the government ever telling me not to say something...well, except for when I worked for them, but you know how that goes.
I'm just tired of hearing people whine and cry about it when people don't listen to them or tell them to get off the stage. The First protects your speech from the government, not you employer/fans/friends/etc.
Kind of a mini-rant, I know. So here's a real question anyway. If you could make it legitimately illegal for everyone to talk about a certain thing, what would it be? I'm tempted to say things like, Kardashians, Lil' Wayne, and Honey Boo-Boo. I don't know though. Oh! What about the reverse? What if you could make everyone talk about something, what would it be? Uh...feel free to just answer any or all of those, it's all cool.

Not too great. Anyone who speaks out against gay marriage is viciously attacked and silenced by the media or their peers, the very people who bleed their hearts so sweetly as they walk through the streets wailing about tolerance for gáys.
Anyone who supports gun rights is demonized as violent monster.
I speak out against Obama and am called a racist, despite him being half-white..which everyone conveniently forgets.Like (1)
