I do yoga, get an hour of cardio a day, and eat a vegan diet full of leafy greens and fresh fruits. Limited sugar, bread, and salt intake. No alcohol, no tobacco, no carbonated beverages. Only green tea, soy milk, or water.
By looking at me, you might say, "She's fat- I bet she eats 3 cheeseburgers a day." But I'm as healthy as a horse. Which goes to show that you should NOT judge anyone by how they look. Fat people can be fit too. And skinny people can be lazy and over-do it with the junk food.
