    Well, I prepared a 16 pound turkey for 4 people, and had very little to nothing left over. My turkey rawked!

    If you can find a 25 pounder go for it and then you have enough left for several days. Have fun cookingth ebird and do not forget the stuffing.

    rule of thumb1 1/2 # per person that will cover uninvited guess that may drop in
