By learning, as a psychopathic narcissist, how to court a woman as a gentleman would and convince her that he is not a counterfeit because he is soooo good at acting and manipulating. But the mask will fall away and the steely, icy eyes will match the cold, robotic being who has no empathy, no soul, no love.

Lots depends on one's background. I'm stiff upper lip stoic British in origins, and prove hard to read. Some people always are! I open up after a while.
The eyes are hard to hide, though!
