We come with all sorts of likes, displikes, beliefs, phobias, steriotype thoughts, discriminatory ideas etc etc etc <br />

Your will have an automatic response to things. I think perhaps the only way to change that is to accept your automatic response and then froce yourself to look back and take another conscious look at whatever it is to make a more subjective view. Knowing your bias and discriminations etc, challenge your own throught processes and make yourslef come up with proof to support your views and that may change your ideas on things
