    By limiting the information available..and by making the available information that is provided impossible to understand (as an example, the IRS tax code) or have the information supplied, be so biased, as to not be truthful...

    One word - Censorship

    One word - Propaganda

    OK so that was two.

    Shoot back when I was a child every history book, and other information sources would show the USSR as having rain and gloomy weather. Then when you think about it why? Surely they have nice weather days like we all do. Was it selective propaganda? Make the place always appear bad and therefore it is!?!
