If you get here with a visa and get a very good education, your visa expires and they ask you, a very well educated person, to go home....so how does that benefit us?

first you have to write GRE AND TOEFL exams
then depending upon scores you can select unverisities
once universities sends you a letter that you are admitted
you can apply for h-1 visa
which appintment should be taken
where they ask you bank and educational details
