    Change Google Talk settings

To change an account's Talk settings, touch Menu > Settings > account name.

For each account, you can set the options described here.

•General settings: Options for displaying your status to friends and receiving notifications of friend invitations.

•Chat notifications: Options for notifications, ringtones, or vibration when a chat message arrives.

•Voice & Video chat settings: Options for notifications, ringtones, or vibration when a chat message arrives.

•Account: Unblock friends, clear search history, and add or delete accounts.

•About: Link to Google Talk terms and privacy policy.

I have an Android phone but do not use Google Talk. I don't know what you are referring to by "Gmail a/c"? If you tell me what a/c stands for I will find the answer for you.
