Go into your 'Account Settings'. Click on 'User Settings'. And the option should be there.

I've tried that, keeps saying incorrect username or password!

Yes I know all that. I've used another name and have the correct password but keeps saying incorrect password or username. Grr

How do I contact them ? I can't even use email support as EP keeps telling me that I need an email account (which I must have as EP has me email address).
