How can I control my binge eating problem?

I eat all the time, even if I am not hungry and I will eat until I my stomach feels like its going to explode! Someone please tell me ways to avoid eating this way.

koyptakh	Posted Jul 1st, 2009 at 9:34AM Hi Hell0World This is not a food issue really is it? This is a control issue. Food is nice and good for you so do not blame food! You need to treat food with respect and yourself too in terms of what you put in your mouth. Great pleasures lie ahead for you with food - great stuff! read up on nutrition and cooking and enjoy it! Anyway regarding your control problem that is an easy matter to address. You do not appear to have any. So you need to develop self control. I have written a story about doing so. I hope you do n ot think it rude to ask you to read it. My story is called The switch and if it does not work I shall eat my hat. Talk anytime and tell me how you got on. :) Rated: +1Vote for this!
Angeleyes777	Posted Jul 1st, 2009 at 9:50AM I have no idea because i do it myself. I binge for a week or two and starve for a week or take laxitives while i'm binging. Its a vicious circle! But i do no that its a psychological problem. Maybe your doc can help or recommend someone who is professional in this area. Hope you get sorted soon Rated: +1Vote for this!
