    My motto:
    Love many, trust a few...
trust is earned over time...it is not instant nor should it be...

But to make and be a great friend is based on trust...be trustworthy to a friend you want to keep and hope it is reciprical...so I guess hope is the basis of trust.

I don't know your situation, if you have been hurt physically or emotionality or maybe both. It's a wound that needs to heal. After it comes the scar and you will always have that scar. Let's put it this way if you wipe out riding your bike, cut your arm up your hurt, then you heal then comes the scar. You will never forget any of it, but that doesn't mean you never ride your bike again. What ever you are having trouble trusting its going to take time. You may not be able to trust the one who hurt you, but don't give up on trusting anybody. You're to young for that, and there other very special people in life.

trust sometimes begins with forgiving with any relationship there will be differences but the key to getting along is with honesty Love and forgiveness we are made to Love one another. We learn from each other it is not always easy. Not everyone is dishonest Look into their heart not the physical your emotions can lead you to believe deceit. Get to know their HEART then you will know if you can trust them or not.

I developed my ways by observation..conversation and what's called a gut instinct.. Faith also helped.. Here's some other guidelines..
