How can I forget someone who ruined my life?

they killed my reputation... it was a stalker/insane cheerleader

I would like to think that most people would not listen to gossip. (Bridal that tongue!) It is usually wrong information, it is one sided, and the receiver of the gossip would (I am sure) not like it if the tables were turned. "Judge the source" comes to mind.

I would move on and avoid this person. Family and friends should be able to give you the love and support you need in order to grow and go forward!

You popbably won't forget them but I hope you have learnt many valuable lessons. Start to move forward when you are ready.

You can't. You just have to move on. Don't think about that person. Find new friend/love. Family and friends will help you in getting back on good road. Good luck :)

with the time you will forget . but stay away from him / her and stay with lovely person and do sweet things .
