Take up weight training if you want to increace the amount of meat on them bones

Eat protein before and after exercising and eat lots of good fats like fish, avocados, healthy oils (coconut or olive), nuts and low GI carbohydrates.
Get married. It happens quickly after that.
You cannot do that. Your body will put weight on where it wants to and what ever order that is, will be the opposite when it comes off.
You would have to work out and build muscle mass in order to get size equally distributed.
