How instead of wimping out, he went to a barn in the middle of Serbia or some ****, and started heaving around pummel horses, and pulling sleds loaded with logs and a fat guy through foot-deep snow, then he dead-lifted that wagon full of people? That's what you have to do. No, I'm not saying go try to lift a pummel horse, or pull sleds around. or lift wagons. No, only Sylvester Stallone can do that. I'm saying you have to push yourself to new limits. Make possible the impossible. Conquer the unknown. If you don't work at it, then what's the point of calling it a workout? Food for thought.

Just because you are lifting weights every day doesn't mean you are doing it right or targeting the right muscle groups. Just because you strengthen your triceps doesn't mean you are doing anything for your deltoids. <br />

Also size is no indication of strength. You can build up muscle size but do little in being stronger. You can be 'toned' and still have the same strength as someone who focuses on size. Yes, bigger sized muscles can do more, but that doesn't always mean they are being used. <br />

Something else to factor in is you are a chick. The female body does not have the same efficiency as the male body for strength building. If you are pitting yourself against guys you will have to work twice as hard as they do to get the same results.
