How can I get my cats to get along?
When I look stuff up on the Internet it's all opposite. I have had my male flame-point siamese, Mo, for 2 years and me and my husband decided we should get him a play mate because he would get lonely when we couldn't play with him as much as he wanted. I found a 5 month old chocolate-point siamese, Boo, and took her home. The family I got her from had another cat and 2 dogs so I figured she was well rounded. I was surprised when we let them meet each other Mo didn't hiss or growl or anything. He's never been so calm around a cat before. He just sniffed her butt a lot. She didn't mind him much for awhile but he started to want to play with her so he would try chasing her and she will just hiss and growl and swat at him. Mo is declawed and neutered, Boo has her claws and isn't spade yet. It seems like she doesn't really want anything to do with him and all he wants to do is play! She will walk by and hiss/growl at him when he's just sitting there and look at me like what? What can I do?

I have had cats, I love cats. But I've never had two. I know a lot of people who have two for just the reason you say - companionship. My guess is that they'll get along better as time goes on. They'll both settle down - him in being so assertive, and her at being so standoffish. Wait and see.
Of course, the other possibility is that the young one will make a shiv out of a cat toy and kill Mo in his sleep. I suggest only soft fluffy toys, not long enough to reach all the way around Mo's neck.
You could also try drugs. Get some catnip. Even if it doesn't cause her to chill, it'll be funny to watch.
