So far, I only have one suggestion, but I haven't proven it yet. I'm not positive but I'm willing to bet that chopping my head off may improve my quality of life.... a life that is dictated by crazy, F*CKED UP, torturous , INDESCRIBABLE, horrible-horrible pain that knocks me out sometimes if I'm lucky enough. Seriously, though... a portable tens unit (electrical pulse therapy) can offer you a lot of relief but like chiro, yoga, acupuncture, etc. . it depends on each person. Wouldn't hurt to try an aversion table and maybe some traction too. There are a million vids at youtube.com (some are over an hour long and very specific) for hypnotherapy, stress management, pain management, mood enhancer, blah blah blah... Don't deny yourself meds for whatever reason because it's stupid. I'm a drug addict! I will be dependent on narcotic pain meds until the day I die. **** anyone who judges me. My life was destroyed bc some guy didn't wanna wait at a stop light.....must I suffer every day until I die? I have no medical coverage and my lawyer dropped my case. I can't work or earn income and I rarely, if ever leave the house so the only other advice I have is that tequila makes meds feel stronger.... i'm trying to stretch out what I have... all right, im done, just hit my max

I have chronic pain and it includes my neck, lower spine and uppe spine and legs. I my case taking an OTC med never even touched my pain so to function I had to go on Muscle relaxers and Hyrodcondone. I now take a pain patch.

For OTC meds, you can get those pain patches even at “DOLLAR TREE” . You NEED TO STRETCH DAILY AS one of the most important things you need to keep doing. Also, go to your local massage school and get a massage from a student for like $25. I get massages when I can afford.

How long have you had this lower back pain?
have you seen your dr?
what have you tried taking so far?

I Hope for your wellness one day better at a time..
blessings, V
