You could do the vegan thing for like a month... I lost forty pounds doing it!!! Veggies veggies and more veggies... Veggies are good for you. I'd suggest gooling vegan diet, it's fairly simple... Also you should try thinking skinny, or just love you for who you are - all of you!

Get a trash bag, cut holes, wear it, put on la<x>yers of clothing, go to the bathroom, turn on the shower all way, and you will sweat like crazy, but you'll lose alot of weight.
