Taking a deep breath helps.
drink some water and then just lay down it always put you in a relax mode so you can sleep
no problem it should work
Try doing stretches. It will really make your whole body and mind relaxed if you stretch out all your muscles nice and properly. Check out one of my latest questions about stretching and try that.
The very act of trying to fall asleep is what keeps you awake instead stop trying and just lay there eventually you will fall asleep...
have mad sex
turn off all your toys phone laptop tv and close your eyes

Go to the store and get a Neuro drink, Sleep version. Or just melatonin pills.
It's a completely naturally occurring chemical in your brain. It's probably too late to take it now though lol
Mediate before bed. It helps relaxes your mind. Use an app and listen to it while u mediate.
