Try doing stretches. It will really make your whole body and mind relaxed if you stretch out all your muscles nice and properly. Check out one of my latest questions about stretching and try that.

I don't like to take meds! unless we are talking pot. But I have none! i'll be happy when its legal in Canada then I can pass out like a baby!
