How can I help such a person?

My roommate cuts her hand whenever she gets angry with her freinds, she gets calm after seeing so much blood around her, I really got scared that something bad might happen to her.
How can I make her stop ?

You cannot my friend. I would find a new roommate. Cutting is a bad addcition. I know. It takes profesional intervention to stop.
