Write down your dreams in a dream diary or journal.

yep. keep it beside your bed, and write in your dream as soon as you wake up, while it's still fresh in your mind.

You must think about them as soon as you wake up. the longer your awake the faster they fade.

try setting an alarm to wake up about 3 or 4 hours after you lay down. thats when your dreams should be the most vivid. just wake up and write what you can remember down on paper

I tried this trick I read in a health mag, and it worked. Try eating a potato for dinner or before bed, they are a natural serotonin booster; I swear I had dreams and remembered them after eating a baked potato.
