Personally to me pot is not all that good for everyone. It can make you paranoid. <br />

I would say you can do some walking and eat correctly helps to relax. <br />
<br />
I will tell you a breathing exercise that helps. Breath in through your nose while you stomach goes out. Then exhale through the mouth while letting the stomach go down. Have your eyes closed while doing this and put your focus on your naval. This a yoga breathing technique call belly breathing. <br />

Relaxation is something you have to put some effort to doing. It may take some research on your part. Best of Luck.
