    Get a voice-to-type program. That will limit your hand use.

    You see; I check EP while getting some work done on the pc, so I'm not only using it for recreational purposes. That makes it too hard to slow down to left hand use only. I would if it were just EP I was doing.

    Elevate your keyboard so the blood can't reach your hand so easily and put some ice on it to further inhibit the blood flow.

    Ice makes it hurt too much, but I could experiment with repositioning the keyboard. That should make it a bit better. Thank you.

    ice pack.......they have those wrap around ones that have velcro on the ends.....i use one for my neck
