Buy a punching bag set. And put it in a sound proof place. The wearing apropriate glove shut yourself into that place alone and bash that punching bag with all your might screaming at it as you go.

punch a punching bag, go out in the bush and holler out, try some yoga, if all that fails then it's time to try Valerian but becareful with that stuff it knocks somepeople out. It knocks me out like alight.

Exercise. If you drink a lot of soda or coffee cut back on that for a while. Try valerian root.<br />
