Walk for an hour every day at a brisk pace. Keep on a strict eating plan. I recommend using the Slow Go Woah! Chart which can be found on Google.

Eat a healthy salad for lunch and dinner. (relax, you can add chicken, shrimp, pork or whatever) walk a bit more and park further away. Switch out soda for water and yes, in a week easily
