How can I make myself sleep? :)
I haven't slept properly for a while but now, I haven't slept properly for 96 hours. I am shattered, walking around like a zombie and I just can't get to sleep. when I do my dreams are vivid and I wake up tossing and turning, it's like my brain is awake while my body sleep. My friend seems convinced I'm an insomniac but I'm not sure.
I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to make myself sleep since my brain won't shut down and my legs ache, keeping me awake :)
