How can I rid myself of a bruise/bump quickly?
I ran headfirst into the door on Sunday, promise, I'm no battered woman, I am just the ultimate klutz.

My birthday is this week, along with a derby fundraiser. I can be a bit vain and don't want a huge knot in all the pictures.

I guess I can always wear a hat, but I thought I'd ask for advice here. Can you help me?

Ice or a cold pak all day, then before you go to bed, melt some chocolate and apply it to the bump/bruise, put a bandage over it or wrap with an ace bandage, and even though you'll look like a goof, in the morning it will be much better...when you wake up wash off the chocolate...

Take it from an expert in bruises, baby...hehe...

Any good cream with Vitamin K will help coagulate the blood under the skin and speed up the elimination of the discoloration. Also, there's always makeup; namely, carefully applied concealer and powder.
