Yep, everyone else is right..Being friends with someone first is really the best way... Ask her how she would feel if she knew that you wanted more than friendship. Gauge her reaction. try to make it light hearted and humorous. You might have to step lightly here, just in case she doens't feel that way towards you... All you have to do is tell her you like her, but more than a friend. Hopefully, she will understand. If not, just tell her how you feel about her. That should help. If she turns you down, don't start moping around everywhere. Try and find someone else. She can still be your friend, she can be a friend you really admire, I guess.
