1)yoga in the morning<br />
2)relaxing classic music like "Vitamin String Quartet" you might find your favorite song in classic version<br />
3)don't spend too much time on the internet<br />
4)drink warm milk everybody still needs calcium but only if your going to sleep<br />
5)read boring books or write something <br />
6)just don't think too much at night <br />
7)don't open your eyes and you will eventually fall asleep <br />

i tried it my self and yes you need a healthy life style too..........<br />
if all else fail try a risky one don't sleep at all try and sleep on the next night instead

keep computers and tv out of the bedroom.. <br />

but if you kick your butt during the day.. working hard on something.. you're gonna wanna sleep.. <br />

since you might be somewhat deprived or abnormal sleeping. .you may only sleep a few hours then <br />
wake up.. cause u conditioned your body to do this.. but keep busy and you will continue to <br />
sleep longer and recondition your sleeping.. <br />

make sure its dark.. when ur suppose to be sleeping .. and Light when ur suppose to be awake. etc.

keep busy during the day, do things that tire you out so ur really tired before bed or sleeping pills but you dont want to be on them long term!
