Take a shower, go for a walk, jumping jacks. Of course you could start a project or watch a show you love that you treat like a marthon

Eat something spicy
Idk, go to a store and get some hot cheetos or make a quesadilla and put some tapatio on it.. idk what u have in ur kitchen so i cant really tell u haha
The body has done much reaching out for all your plans throughout the year ,its always best to please your body,give it necessary rest and treatments such as flushing away acids,cleaning your intestine with natural stuff like a Hamburg tea and black forest tea they are my preference to overall my engine to go for an exra mile during festive season ,because if you feel great you do great.
