When you have had it removed, you cannot make the other part of it boost. It is already working at capacity. You might consider an herbal remedy or finding the right mix of medication for your thyroid. I have a friend who had hers zapped and she is on meds for it. She is a lot older than you are now but it did take a while until she found the right mix for her. Talk to you doctor. If he doesn't help you then consult another doctor.
