Being more aware of the present moment and more aware of our life, being more informed, more responsive, to be more aware of what we are sensing, what we are experiencing. Be more conscience of our life.

Without wanting to sound too cliched. Keep your mind on what you are doing at the present moment. Don't let it wander or become distracted by unimportant thoughts. The best way to learn how to do this is through meditation.

The amount of energy wasted on unimportant thoughts, worries and preforming unimportant tasks is massive. We feel exhausted and we wonder why.

Recognize and follow the one step before you, which even now is calling out to you. This is the stepping-stone from your soul which will continue to guide you. Having taken 'the one step' the next will appear. This one-step-at-a-time path will lead you to where your heart and mind experience ever-present alignment...and where you will know fullness, joy, and peace.

I think we need to think of others and their needs more often then we do. Most of us think only of ourselves.

by analyzing both sides of a topic instead of relying on the demands of one extreme or another I.E. liberals and conservatives. Make your own conclusions and stop getting yours from CNN or FOX news.
