very good question. I am not sure, I think it has to do with control our stimulus...you know what we see, what we do, where we go, 5 senses...music and books can change your mindstate or emotional state and you can choose the ones you want...that's the closest I have come to controlling my emotions/mind. Also, notice when you work a lot like at ;east 40 hours a week you have dreams about your work? Maybe it's only choosing the right escapism....or maybe it's just reinforcement. The more times you think a thought the more the thought is rooted. If you think about it for a long time, you will think about it more often...??<br />
I don't know, those are just my theories...<br />
I am very bad at controlling my thoughts and feelings, especially feelings, and I work on it.
