Stop all stimulants like coffee or energy drinks etc. Best to drink water or some calming tea. <br />
Sop rainy acid forming foods. Will help your stomach. Look up an acid alkali food chart online to see what to cut out. It will be all the usual suspects. Processed foods, meats and dairy...<br />
Meditate. Exercise and like everyone else says. Get to the underlying issue and deal with it. Be gentle with yourself. This process could take years. Don't take any pharmaceuticals. The will just mask the problem and you will have to deal with it later anyway.
Exercise is an excellent remedy!
Solve the problem that causes the anxiety. You can also meditate or try yoga.
therapy works sometiems, im doing therapy, meds, exercise, judo, and meditation..not all at the same time tho ha! running is my favorite way to relieve stress. my family house is next to the beach so i got a good place to run expecially at night or early morning. creative outlets work real good too do you like any type of art or music?
Sex is the best natural stress and anxiety relief or exercises would be good too.
