therapy works sometiems, im doing therapy, meds, exercise, judo, and meditation..not all at the same time tho ha! running is my favorite way to relieve stress. my family house is next to the beach so i got a good place to run expecially at night or early morning. creative outlets work real good too do you like any type of art or music?
Sex is the best natural stress and anxiety relief or exercises would be good too.
