    You can fix anything with Ducttape. I once broke my leg, stuck duct tape on it and it was as good as new.

    1) forget the past
    2)forgive the one who was at wrong and forget it
    3)dont dream or think about past memories
    4)start a new happy fresh life without a tinge of past
    5)share your emotions with your parents and closest friends
    6)be busy with work
    7)believe and pray God and get engaged in spirutual activities and help others
    8)know that life is very short to grumble about this

    think as much as u can about how your heart is broken and what the mistake done by u........merits:-(1)u will eventually find a power to overcome.
    (2)u will not repeat the mistakes again
    (3)it will take much less time than usual to be mended
