I'm 13 in 8th grade I like her but I don't know if she knows I do.She's in all of my classes except one.

Just say, "Hey, I like you". Don't be one of those teens who plays games, it's not a useful habit to have. Better to be straightforward. Tell her in a note if you have to.

He's a young boy guys. You honestly think he is going to buy her flowers and bring it to class? The best way is to get to know her. Find out what kind of person she is before you actually "ask her out". I know that when I was his age, any girl that gave me the slightest attention, I was ready to give my heart away. Start by getting her attention first. If she doesn't know you exist, there you have already lost half the battle. Simply say Hi once in awhile when you see her. As time goes on, start talking to her in class or even online. I hope that helps kiddo. Good luck and may the odds be forever in your favor.

Compliments, tell her she's beautiful (works a lot better if you mean it.) Try to make time for her, maybe try to schedule some kind of an outing for the two of you.

Uhm. . Something she likes. Something you like. Both. A heart. A flower. A comic would be cool. You could draw yourself holding flowers. You could write "Will you go out with me?" & Put check boxes that say yes & no. Why not. You only live once. (:
