At your age, your body probably hasn't even finished developing so give it time to do that before you even think about weight loss. For now, drink plenty of water, eat 6 small meals a day, eat lots of fibre and eat slowly.... but don't overdo it!
cause parents train us to eat 3 times a day !!! and then there^'s soft drinks, and candy, and fancy colored-wrappers and its just a joke how we're destined to be fat. say no, drink water, and eat the least you can....

Just about calories in vs calories out. If you know what you eat and how many calories you burn you can very easily lose weight. So I'd say correct :D Haters guna hate.

Unless you have thyroid disease or something else medically wrong it is not that hard. Consume less calories than you burn. That might mean doing extra work but the formula is the same for everybody.
It didnt come on overnight and it wont come off overnight either, but losing weight isnt as hard as you think
