You are allowing them power over your thoughts and emotions. If you find someone in your head that you do not want in there. Mentally tell them to get out!!! and then go find something to keep your mind active in a happy positive way. Exercise, create, play or listen to music. Good luck because it is a learned trick.

Are they perhaps toying with your vulnerable mind so as to feel a sense of their own personal power in being able to influence or annoy you ??
Or are they exercising their subtle powers of manipulation to control you for their own gratification in ways which might even be mutually beneficial ??
Or are you just obsessive and finding yourself fixating on certain people who make an impression which then goes around and around like a tune that is 'catchy' ??
