not always. you only hear about the ones who kill people in the news because something tells me "man mows neighbors lawn after being instructed to do so by his imaginary friends" wouldn't make it to the front page of a newspaper.

I have voices and are nice to me sometimes I read coral who is the best things to help your self from anything bad I'm good and I believe on this

My voices usually tell me that I'm a bad person, or simply scream or whisper loudly but unintelligibly. They have never told me to hurt anyone else.
They have reminded me to brush my teeth, shower, and apply deodorant, if rather unkindly.

When I was hallucinating, the voices in MY head never told me to do bad things. They never told me to do anything. They were just there, commenting on everything I was doing and a lot of what others were doing. They answered my questions; if I couldn't remember something, those voices knew the answers.
