How come you can see a person's username when they rate up a story or comment on it, but not when they thank the author?
I've been wondering about that. Someone or someone's have thanked me for some of my stories and I would like to say thank you back but I don't know who it was, lol.

I guess they just wanted to provide a way to let someone know their story is appreciated. Some people don't want others to know they recognize theirself in your experience. There are some things people don't want to share about theirself. I guess that's why it's anonymous.

Because it's done anonymously. I don't know why EP does that though. Perhaps they don't want you to know who thanked you lol.

Cause they actually want you to look at the card or whatever that thing is.
