i don't know, but Carrie Underwood is probably the only one that still does anything these days. she's coming out with her third CD soon.

Because most of them really weren't all that amazing to begin with. Once the hype, and wrath of Simon wear off, they are left to stand and shine for themselves. Since most of them don't shine, they burn out.

Because, frankly, they weren't worth the trouble in the first place, and without the ''Sheep herd Brain'' power to support such anymore, they are now realized as nothing. Pity it wasn't done in the beganing..

Carrie Underwood, Kelli Pickler, Kelli Clarkson are 3 that I can name and I don't watch the show and listen to country music exclusively. Otherwise I wouldn't know who any of them were. lol.
