How comes when it's a man a girl sees she's blind by his flaws but when it comes to her, flaws is all she see?

Who need's a boost of Self Esteem?
A woman SHOULD be getting that from her man. Being blind to someone's flaws are not a good idea. Seeing the flaws and accepting the person regardless, is a great idea.

I think a woman is always comparing herself to magazine models and other women, trying to figure out if she is attractive enough,of course the people most girls compare themselves are freaks of un-natural beauty,so all she sees is what would need to change to bring up to par with what her interpretation of pretty is. Men, you have to accept as they are,not many movie stars around to compete with in my neighborhood. MAKE-UP!!!

when someone (a girl in your case) looks at the person she loves - she sees all the good. When she looks at herself, she sees all 'bad. If she learns to love herself = problem solved lol ; )

We, girls or women, look at ourselves too much. Everyday media puts "perfection" in front of us and no one looks like that. Not even the models, but as subconscious as it all may be, we want to look like tall stick figures because it's like subliminal messaging--we see it all the time. It's constant brain washing.
The men part? We are always searching for Mr. Right and we want so bad for our man to be the one we begin to fall for our idea of how amazing he could be then who he actually is.
In the end we need to learn to open our eyes to truth.

Possibly our awareness of men's perceptions - you only need to see a copy of Nuts or Zoo or FHM to realise that the ideal as far as men are concerned is perfection, nothing less, so of course real girls are gonna feel threatened by these images & inevitably their self-image will go down a notch or two. This is ridiculous, as ALL the girls in those mags are a) airbrushed to within an inch of their lives, b)have fake boobs, c)are high-maintenance, vaccuous & shallow. Women on the other hand are more interested in being made to feel special, conversation and most of all sense of humour. Make a girl laugh and she'll probably laugh all the way to bed, but you tell a man your girlfriend has a good sense of humour and they'll instantly assume that what you mean is that she's fat!!! It's just the way the world is - shame though.
