I'd suggest talking to your school counselor to get started. He/she will certainly know what you would be allowed to do, legally. IF you attend church, your minister would also be a very good person to talk to. Another resource you can try is dialing "211." In larger metropolitan areas, you will reach United Way's referral hotline; they're there to direct people to resources to help with whatever a problem might be (losing a home, alcoholism, mental health - LOTS of things). Good luck. My sister is bi-polar, so I know what the struggle is like.
