How did everybody find out about EP?
I'm just curious to find out how everyone found this site. I accidently stumbled across it when searching atheist forums on facebook...And it's the best thing i ever 'accidently' did!

i was looking for a forum where oldies could fit in.....tried a few...people talking crap to each other....found this one made many friends.....never want to leave
there are a few wankers here but most are kind gracious and supportive...

I found it by accident too. I was just google-ing something, & eventually, I came across EP. I'm really glad I did, too.

i was very upset...i couldn't talk to anyone, i had to vent, i was looking for a forum about girls being hurt by their bf or something similar....and i stubbled here

I had angst to spare and went Googling. The exact thing I searched for is lost to time. I did find a good place to be here on EP.

I was looking for help coping with my fiancee being in the Navy. This is my first (and I sure hope last) deployment, plus I fell in love with him AFTER boot camp. I wanted some help from other people going through the same thing.

I found this site, took a long look around and haven't been able to get off for months now....

Anyone else love the idea of just joining a bunch of groups relevant to your interests, as opposed to typing up a "profile"? I love letting the groups speak for me.

i too was searching for dream interpretations through google. i came across EP thinking, "awesome! dream interpretation forum!" though it wasn't so much that, there was much for EP to offer.

I was looking for a free site where I could post my dreams and possibly get them analyzed. I've been here a little over 2 months now and use it for a lot more than posting dreams!

I wanted an interpretation on a dream theme that kept recurring for me. EP dreams popped up. I agree with everybody who is happy they stumbled onto EP. I'd never used a social site before. EP is so much more!

Another happy accident. I clicked a link to view a Presidential primary skit from Saturday Nite Live. Funny thing is, that skit was later featured on this year's SNL Presidential Bash episode (Obama and Clinton debate where all the reporters are Obama fans). Have made a few really good friends here, better than IRL.
