better than when I lost 18 in just over two weeks

Best Answer

How did you do that?

Best Answer

not on purpose : / got a partial tear in my ankle about a month ago, was on crutches and strong pain meds, got depressed, lost appetite, was moody, no sleep, and it all just weared on my body. Having to gain it back slowly now, and waiting for my ankle to heal so I can get around better again and get back to running and feeling like my old self.

Best Answer

That's tough. I hope it all gets better soon.

Geez! What are you eating? I kind of get it though; especially if you were a runner before and needed high caloric intake to keep yourself moving. Once you stop moving, it takes a while for your body to realize it doesn't need all that excess energy; hence the weight gain.
